I used Cromwells Estate agents to sell my mum's house. From the very start I was made to feel at ease by the staff. They were professional and friendly and ticked all the boxes. Unfortunately we had issues further up the chain with buyers pulling out due to spiralling interest rates. But Cromwells had our back each time. At each reset they instantly went out to their audience and found us new buyers straight away. When news outlets were reporting a drop in house prices, Cromwells found us buyers willing to pay asking price. We have a very positive experience here with Cromwells Worcester Park. I want to say it’s the best agent service I have ever had. We can easily compare the service as we swap from purchasing one property to another. The previous agent is not responsive at all and dishonest. In contrast, Cromwells agent especially Siobhan is super responsive, efficient and helpful no matter from the very beginning about the enquiries to the later stages of coordinating/communicating with different parties of a few chains. She always responds us very promptly no matter by emails or phones. It’s very amazed to receive her daily updates of progress at critical moments which let us rest assured and believe we can move forward to exchange of contracts and completion soon although from time to time we encountered some hiccups which can be finally solved under an acceptable timeframe.
