Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST ) Fee £150 plus VAT.
Assured Shorthold Tenancy ( AST) Renewal Fee £200 plus VAT.
Submitting deposit to the Deposit Protection Scheme ( DPS ) £50 plus VAT
Rent Guarantee
